A Social Services representative will introduce himself/herself to you when your family member is admitted, contact you shortly after that meeting for a follow up conversation, and send you regular assessments of how well your loved one is adjusting to his or her new environment.

Whatever concerns you may have - from Medicaid or billing to laundry or menu items - Social Services can refer you to the proper resource.
