The Cedars' Wellness Center, located in the Plaza Building, works hand-in-hand with the Physical Therapy Department.

State-of-the-art exercise equipment, low-impact weights for strengthening and conditioning, along with cardiovascular activity supervised by our Restorative Aides to enable our Residential Care Facility II (RCFII) and long-term-care residents to maintain their physical progress and independence.
